1. Use of the App

This app provides weather forecasts. You agree to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not misuse, alter, or distribute the app in any way not authorized by us.

2. Data Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate weather information, but forecasts may not always be correct. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of inaccurate information.

3. Information Collected

The app does not collect or store any kind of information.

4. Subscriptions

Our app offers in-app subscriptions that provide access to premium features.

• Payment: Payments for subscriptions will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings in the App Store or Google Play at any time.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription.

• Free Trials: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos in the app are the property of its developer - Andrei Zhukouski. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the app without permission.

6. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to update the app or these Terms of Use at any time. A history of changes to these Terms Of Use is available via our public source code repository at https://github.com/burgerz/weather_m8_legal. We will take reasonable steps to notify you of any substantial changes to these Terms. However, it's your responsibility to check these Terms Of Use periodically for changes. Continued use of the app after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, if these terms are violated.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. The app is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
